RESfest is coming to Austin … oh wait…

So I heard somebody talking about RESfest and being an admitted junkie for experimental film/video/motion graphics I got very excited. Except, it seems they weren’t really talking about “RES” fest, they were talking about “REZ” fest. What the hell?

It turns out this is some kind of christian religious thing to coincide with Easter. Get it… REZ? Rezurrection?

Whatever. Somehow this idea manages to show lack of creativity, bad spelling and possible trademark infringement all at the same time. This is just one more offense from the religion that gave us the bumper stickers with Calvin (of Hobbes) kneeling before the cross.
