Michael Schliefke reception tonight

Although the show started on Monday, the opening reception for Michael Schliefke’s What If We Could Get It All Back will be held tonight. The show features over 20 new works and revolves around the artists exploration of American society and the American Dream.

In addition to his paintings, Schliefke is well known for his website schliefkevision which chronicles the artists life since moving to Austin in 2002. He is perhaps best known for co-curating the awesome Will There Ever be a Rainbow unicorn art show last November.
