A SCANNER DARKLY trailer remix

by admin on April 18, 2006

Scanner Darkly Parody VideoAustin-based media collective Super Alright was commissioned to remix the original trailer for Richard Linkater’s A Scanner Darkly and they have posted the finished piece on their website. If you’re a motion graphics geek, or just excited about seeing the movie, you should definitely check this out. It blows the original trailer - which was a little disappointing - out of the water.

A Scanner Darkly trailer remix

The Super Alright site is filled with tons of examples of their innovative work, so don’t stop with the Scanner Darkly remix, because that just scratches the surface.

I have a first and second edition historical fiction novel “Event2012″ a rewrite from “Warp Factor II”. And I have a finished screenplay “EVENT 2102″ by Dennis Oravec. In fact, I have everything ready as soon as I can raise $20m.

I saw a commercial on TV using a, strange process to me, in which I fell in love with. I’ve all but made up mind I want to produce my film with that process……..

Please, could you help me - I think it would enhance my financing chances (80%-50%-25%) don’t you? I had no Idea that ANY productions were using that process! I have spent all my preproduction money and I’m trying to raise a few dollars more…. advise.

I like the remix process and would like some pointers from Richard on how to incorporate it into my film. I have all things ready except the $20m and I think the remix would enhance my chances of securing the financing (80%-50%-20%)! Could you help me…?
